Amanda Finn, Moncton, NB: The Elmwood Dr / University Ave (Morton) Location is exceptional. They have the highest standards for cleanliness and health and food safety! By far I was astonished with how sparkling clean it was. By far not nearly as recognized as they deserved. How do we nominate them for one of Monctons Hot Spots! Everyone from employess to customers visiting that particular location is smiling which makes a big difference. Positive attitudes from staff show they love their job and thats wicked because we love them working there making our delicious subs and extras and waiting on us.... From your FANS KEEP IT UP! You all deserve to be acknowledged for your superior performances in sub making :D
Samdy Hickey, Eastern Passage, NS: I live in Eastern Passage and only get to an Ed's when I go home to Chatham(Miramichi) I always "export" 4 back to NS to enjoy later on. Has anyone considered opening up one in the Hfx/Dartmouth area? Your steak and mushroom subs are delicious, even when 1 or 2 days old. Thank you for such great food.
Dale Ross: I visited Ed's Sub located on Elmwood Drive in Moncton, New Brunswick on Sunday January 24th, 2010 at 1:00pm. I would just like to tell you how impressed I was with the overall cleanliness of this restaurant. The washrooms were absolutely spotless, the seating area was very clean, the floors were clean and the kitchen area also appeared to be exceptionally clean. The employees themselves also handled food very well and were tidy. I feel that the employees working on that day deserve to be rewarded for their hard work and reaching exceptional cleanliness standards. It is nice to see that some restaurants take it so seriously and make the extra effort. I certainly will be returning to that location. Excellent job to all of those working that day.
