Welcome to the majestic city of ancient Byblos
There is no place like home. And my home is Lebanon.
Although I have been living away for so long,
I cannot get rid of this constant nostalgia I feel whenever I am
not there.
I miss every corner, every street, every brick, and every tree. But, I must admit, what I miss the most is the food. Lebanese food is like no other in that it is so diverse that you can create endless combinations & never get weary of it.
If a food is too dry, just add some olive oil. If it is too dull, just add a sprinkle of thyme.
Contrary to what most people think, Lebanese cuisine has much more to offer than Falafel and Hummous.
Byblos Restaurant pays homage to Lebanon and to its authentic cuisine.
